History of the OHCO District
OHCO is celebrating over 40th year in Covington offering discounted prices on fabric and textiles to the general public. The wide selection of fabrics includes home decorative fabrics and designer rugs. The site has ample parking and lots of usable indoor and outdoor spaces.
Future Plans of the OHCO District
OHCO District is the re-imagining of multiple warehouse spaces on multiple acres at Highway 278 and the new Cricket Frog trail. Our aim is to revitalize this convenient area, transforming it into a vibrant mixed-use development that better serves and supports Covington, Georgia.
